Someone got First time homebuyer in my name

Hi guys, found out someone got the first time home buyer in my name when i was out of the country for a few years. Is there a way for me to rectify this or am i just screwed. Was really hopping this could add to the funds i have save up to BRRR with. Any advise would be appreciated
