Can you recommend any good hard money lenders in Alabama?
I am just starting in REI, and I am searching for a good hard money lender for a property in Southeast Alabama. The purchase price is $55k, and the After Repair-Value is $150k. The estimate of repairs is $20k. I need 50 percent of the ARV at $75k. If you have any recommendations and or suggestive tips for me, please share. This is my first REI deal. Thank you!
