TX or FL for winter home.

I want to live in Philly during the summer but also want to have a residency in a no state tax state. Pros and cons between TX and FL???? Which has more activities like museums and entertainment? The woodlands is promoted as “#1 city to live in” but I’m thinking is more like for families and I’m single…. No need for good schools near by! Thank you!!!
