Hi ! I have been in the Airbnb arbitrage game for over a year now. I am ready to buy my first multi- unit. I’m having some trouble getting pre- approved because I don’t have two years of work history. I have 1 solid year. I don’t want to wait a whole year to buy a home. Any suggestions?
