Hi I'm thinking about looking into triplex or duplex. I'm looking to try applying for fha loan. The part I'm curious about is can I apply for multifamily for fha loan with co borrower/signer?

Thank you in advance

Yup, but the down payment with a non-occupant coborrower shoots up to 20%+, so there's no longer any point in going FHA (3.5% down), so no one does it.
