Lease is up for tenet and becoming the new home owner

Lease is up for tenant and I am becoming the new homeowner. It’s getting close to closing time and the tenants are still in the property. What options do I have to get the tenant out? I have a closing date on the contract and I also have furniture and movers coming soon.
