3 Biggest Takeaway's from BPCON2022

My partner & I had a blast at this year's BiggerPockets Conference in San Diego!

We met some cool people, talked real estate, and I walked away with some GOLDEN nuggets to implement in my businesses.

Top 3 key takeaways:

1) Only hire thinkers, not note takers. They will multiple your business.

2) Asset management matters more than ever today. (there were investors with half as many doors as me who have 5X the cash flow)

3) The market is a factor but irrelevant in our decision to continue buying real estate. It's just a math equation. If the numbers work and the conservative projections look good, pull the trigger.

Thanks BP for hosting this each year!
