Investor Friendly Title Companies in Northern VA
I have used some of the big-name title companies in this area for some REI transactions and they have just nailed the pooch each time, if you get my drift. One was a simple cash deal and they were like a fish out of water because there wasn't a mess of FHA or VA forms to deal with.
Can anyone recommend REI experienced title companies in this area? Someone familiar with double-closings, assignments, etc.
