PrivateMoneyGoldmine.com has any body used these guys?
I am currently looking to develop relationships with hard-money and private money lenders.
I have a deal under contract that has an ARV of $850k after a 475K purchase and repair (rehab cost $250K). I have only touched base with a couple local guys so far and then I came across this website.
My question: has anybody used/heard of them? Also, any suggestions for lenders to this project?
