Has anyone had any issues with selling your property to New Western? They reached out with a cash offer for my asking price and a two week close. Are there issues I need to look out for that would prevent this from closing? Has anyone had any experience selling to them?

I've wholesale properties to them before and I haven't had any problems yet. Make sure you get a good EMD that will only be refundable if you can't deliver the title clear.
