Anyone heard of www.RealProHoldings.com out of Ft Lauderdale?

I found a really good multi family listing on Crexi listed by these guys.  Can't find much about them online.  I have talked to the guys on the phone there and working with Jon - we are in the process of putting a deal under contract... Wondering if anyone can provide any experiences with them... or even heard of them?
