Has anyone had any experience buying/investing in rental properties from this company? They have several websites, the most detailed being www.stlpropertydirect.com. I'm an out-of-state real estate investor with properties in Illinois and Missouri and considering looking more into them, but can't find any reviews. Any feedback and reviews on them would be greatly appreciated.
