What's your thoughts on NACA?

I'm doing my research on different funding options and came across NACA I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with them before on one of their deals. How was the process? What are some of the requirements and is it a good option to start out because of the low costs?

Note that if you're looking to fund an investment property, NACA won't be able to help you. They only provide funding for owner occupants.
