Anyone used Azbidder.com?
Has anyone on BP used azbidder.com to buy foreclosures?
I am interested in using them to bid on foreclosures in Nevada, but that requires me to put full sum of cashiers checks with them - so basically $400K in cashiers checks.
Im a bit hesitant since I dont actually know how trustworthy they are. Is anyone actively using them or used them in the past?
