Has anyone worked with Carnell Crosby Real Property Management in the Detroit metro area??

I am an out of state owner and my current  property manager has just notified me that they will stop providing property management services to their clients with effect from 5 January 2015, so they can concentrate on their core business of buying and selling properties.

They are now channeling their clients to another company "Carnell Crosby Real Property Management" which operates in the Detroit metropolitan area of Michigan. Does anyone have experience working with them?
