Meridian Pacific???
Hello. Has anyone had any experience with Meridian Pacific Investment Properties? Has anyone bought any of their properties...used their rehab services and/or their property management? Were their renovations thorough and up to par? Were the already placed tenants fully vetted...any problems...Evictions, etc? I would appreciate any and all ...good or bad ...experiences anyone has had with this company. Thank you...appreciate your help!
