Help!!! Looking for Real Estate Investment Clubs in Houston, TX

I live in Houston, TX and I am looking for real estate clubs whose members mostly invest in multifamily, apartments, or condos. I have been looking around, and all that I have found are clubs whose members invest in single-family properties. I am interested in multifamily properties and I would like to get around people who have similar goals as mine.
