looking for a investor friendly broker to hang my license with in Austin area

Hi, Friends in Austin,

I am an active realtor, need switch my license to a more investor friendly broker. Prefer no fee for my own property transaction, no monthly. Smaller commission split as possible. I am more an investor with a regular full time job than a realtor, so lower cost, the better.

Let me know if you know any names, checked with SRG 2MB, LLC(summit realtor group) , seems a virtue online broker, if anyone with this kind of broker experience , please share..
