Can anyone give me a name of a good company? I need to switch. My current company is UNlicensed!

I can suggest a property management company in KC. Jennifer Knight, JK Knight and Associates.
I have been very happy with them and know others have too. She specializes in Midrtown, where most Section 8 vouchers are used. So she knows the area and the clientele. She gets results.
