There is a company by the name of Virgo Finance Company, LLC. Its a legitimate company, but an unauthorized person claiming to give out loans. He is asking for $3000 loan origination fee upfront. BE AWARE!!! This company is also advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn and BIGGER POCKETS?????

I just backed out of moving forward and filling out a loan application with them on a property I have under contract. Dealing with senior loan officer William Igor. After reading information about his company, I insisted origination cost be payed at closing through escrow. Of course hes not agreeing to this. He wants the $$ upfront. Told him he was shady and that I was moving on. I knew loan terms sounded to good to be true.
