Hello all. I'm looking to make my first deal and need a network of good professionals to work with. I'm looking for recommendations for Frederick County Lenders, Title Companies/Lawyers and home inspectors. Realtors welcome as well. Thanks for your input! Hope to pay it forward someday.

@Judah Houser

Hi there.  There is a really great meetup in Gaithersburg that includes several investors from the Frederick area including some top notch local realtors.  I would highly recommend attending local meetups as a way to learn the market and build your network of professionals.

I have used several contractors and title companies in and around the Frederick area.  Most of the contractor recommendations will depend on the type of project/ work you are trying to do.  I have a good lawyer as well I could recommend but he is a bit pricey.  As for home inspectors, I have not really found anyone I am crazy about.  They have all been fairly decent.

What kind of investing are you looking to start with?
