Has anyone used Bildwise for a rehab in Indianapolis or Cincinnati? I cannot find anything about 'em in the BP forums so far.

We haven't done a deal with Bildwise yet, but we've been in contact with them regarding property in Indianapolis.  If/when we do move forward, I'd be happy to share our experience.  I'd love to hear what others have to say too.
