Does anyone have any knowledge of Promanas in the syndicated real estate space? They appear to be solely in Denver development projects at present in their PF4 fund. I am very interested in their track record as I am trying to perform due diligence to determine if I should invest with them. I learned about them on a real estate guys podcast. Thanks!
