Has anyone used HARD EQUITY FINANCING?

They have good rates but charge about 1500 for underwritting fees.

The website has very little "meat". I do not know if they are a direct lender or a desguised mortgage broker. They seem to be saying we will finance anything, everywhere, which would lead me to believe they are merely an intermediary. I would never front money to an intermediary unless I had thoroughly checked them out.
