Question About RoofStock.com

Hello, I just finished closing on my HELOC and was told by a coworker about a website called Roofstock. I was wondering has anyone dealt with this site and was it a success? It seems pretty straightforward so I would like some inputs. I live in the Homestead Florida area near Miami and the market prices are pretty high. Thanks for your input.

I have purchased three SFH through Roofstock and I am in the process of purchasing a fourth. I've been happy overall with the experience and would continue to use them. Just type Roofstock in the BiggerPockets search bar and a few reviews will come up.
