Hi all,

Still quite a newbie - have been looking around to find my first deal, and as I was looking for properties I came across PropertyTaxRecords.org. I was hoping to get a few opinions as to its usefulness. Has anyone used this site in the past to look up title information, tax history, ownership information, etc.? Looks like it requires a monthly subscription but allows for unlimited property searches.

I'm wondering if this tool might be particularly interesting / useful for wholesalers who are looking for distressed properties?
