erentpayment.com

I am thinking about signing up with erentpayment.com and have a couple of questions. I know some of you on here use this company so hopefully you will know. I understand this is a one person operation ran by Rick. Is this true? If so, what if something happens to Rick? Who will run his company and will I be safe in getting my rent money? Is there any risks with dealing with him as far as my renters submitting the rent but me not getting the funds? Am I protected by law somehow? I like erentpayment better than the alternatives from my searching but is there better/safer options? Thank you.

Pete

George P. if you are picking up rent for your tenants, you need to stop doing that. The gas and electric company don't personally come to your house to pick up your payment, do they?
