Establish a company, or start investing as an individual?

Hello everyone. I am quite new in the area of RE investing, while my area of residence is Greece, Athens. I am working as a financial advisor for a multinational consulting firm the last 6 years, and I have decided to start investing in RE rentals (mainly in Greece).

One of my first considerations / questions is, taking into consideration that I will start small (meaning investing in 2-3 low end properties / year, including leverage), is it more efficient (under a tax and overall cost perspective) to start a company, or should I proceed with my first transactions as an individual?

I appreciate any support from more experienced guys in this sport :)

Thanks in advance!,

Panos
