GM! I am about to make an offer on a vacation home inj Kissemee Orlando to run an Airbnb business

However, i keep hearing that Airbnb took a huge plunge and numbers are aweful.

Anyone with a vacation home in Championsgate in Orlando? Any feedback on current market trends are highly appreciated

Every single property will be different.....different neighborhoods, different amenities. The overall market may be down a bit, but STRs are still a good vehicle and will be for a long time.......IMHO.
