What are your target areas in the Philly Metro area?
I'm curious to see where everyone believes their target area is in 2023 in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Rentals and Flips will for sure have different target locations. Are there areas that you think will be up and coming for new rehabs/construction? Places renters will be moving to? Areas that are dried up? Parts of the suburbs? Either way, I would love to hear game plans!
