Hamtramck a good investment area for renting air bnb??? PLEASE HELP, FIRST TIME BUYER

I’m curious if anybody knows whether the Hamtramck area is growing or what I can expect for the future in terms of renting and Airbnb. I just put an offer down (on 4/21/23) on a house in Hamtramck. It’s a duplex, and I am concerned because this is my first buy. Will it do well. Is this a good area? looking for the details. I know very little.

 @Connor Forrester why STR and not LTR? What is there in Hamtramck that makes it an attractive airbnb area? Have you run the avg vacancy rate? You can use tool such as airdna to get a good idea of the numbers look like.
