Do you recommend buying an investment property in Toms River, NJ?

I'm looking to buy my first investment property - I live in NJ but open to buy anywhere. I was scrolling to different counties and I found that Toms River has a lot of properties ranging from 100k-300k which is doable for me to put 20% down + property taxes are low.
