Family Friendly Outskirts of Denver, CO

Good evening, everyone!

Me and my wife are looking at moving to the Denver area in about an year. We would love to narrow it down to some great/safe neighborhoods with good school districts. We are still discussing if we want to buy a house with an FHA loan and rent it out after 1 year. This way we can hopefully have an investment property and our residential home in a few years.


Any advice on areas would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Bart,

Some areas you may want to consider are: Arvada, wheat ridge, highlands ranch, Littleton, centennial, lone tree. Going north Thornton Northglenn and Broomfield could also be of interest to you.

I am an agent in the Denver metro area. I have 7 investment properties and 8 short term rental arbitage units in az.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I love that you are thinking about getting a home then keeping it as a rental, in my opinion real estate is the best way to create generational wealth.
