Hello realtors on Cape Cod! I'm looking for folks on the Cape who market investor-friendly properties, particularly investments friendly to STRs. I run a boutique STR management company and would also like to invest on the Cape myself. I'm happy to swap ideas on this years' trends that affect underwriting and compare figures as this season winds down and we look ahead to 2024.
