Feds stop increasing interest rates and show signs of "cuts"

What would be the impact on real estate investors as the feds decided today to stop increasing interest rates and plan to reduce them in the next year? Would it make real estate investing more affordable and increase purchasing power, leading to more transactions? Or would it make it more challenging for investors to find better deals? What is your opinion on this matter?

This news from the federal government will create the "perfect storm in Florida" next year for property values to bounce as the state's population continues to grow exponentially regardless, with 600 new residents arriving daily. Despite the many challenges, there is a huge demand for the state. For investors, this could be the last few months of "panicking buyers" buying!

I believe it will be the latter of the two. Just because inventory will still be low... so people won't be willing to sell.
