Is it true that investing in red states when it comes to AitBNB will likely have more regulation. Likewise a blue state will likely have more laws that are anti landlord?

Ooh, sure to draw a fun discussion.
I’m opting out of the politics of it and am just going to answer the question factually. Red states typically have less regulation of Airbnb, not more. Your second statement is correct.
