Padsplit and Coliving
Hey BP Community,
I’ve been doing a deep dive into alternative rental strategies in the Tampa area and wanted to see who else is exploring or already operating PadSplit-style co-living models here.
Tampa’s population growth and rental demand are making the economics of shared housing increasingly attractive(I think).
I’m especially curious how other investors are navigating the zoning, permitting, and operational nuances in Hillsborough and surrounding counties. Seems like Tampa has some real potential to create both cash flow and social impact through affordable room rentals.
