Charlotte Mid Terms Rentals
Hello! I have 3 mid term 3 bed 2 baths SFL homes in charlotte. Ive had great success over the last 6 months I've been doing it with consistent bookings. I'm noticing a slowdown in bookings this month and was curious what others are experiencing. Same? Is August slow for MTRs in the area? Open to suggestions/advice too on how to get things moving! I've tried adjusting price and holding myself over with shorter booking, but its less profitable overall.
