Investors - What is your overall take on the current state of the market in Denver?

I am a licensed real estate agent with Compass in Denver, and I am curious to hear from investors (any strategy) on what is working or not working for you in the current market. Seems like most people are choosing to hold on to what they have and focus on value add more than acquisition (or being much more picky if they choose to go the acquisition route). My take is anecdotal, so I am very curious to hear your perspective on the current market!
