House hacking out of state question ❗️

Alexis Ascencio
Posted

does anybody know of someone who has moved to a another state/city just for the sole reason of house hacking? Then moving back home after they've occupied that property for a year? Or is that a stretch?? Haha. Was curious about this today for some reason .... let me know what you guys think.

Interesting idea. That would work. Ideally I would house hack in a more expensive area and then buy OOS properties with the equity after occupying the property
