Glad I found this team helping out new investors like me looking for real estate investments.

Here is my criteria and looking for suggestions and the best markets to invest in  multi-family where I can stay

-Open to best markets and not just Dallas, TX

-Looking for 2-4 multi-family houses to stay and rent out other units.

-Looking to invest right property as soon as possible.
