Top places to invest in Multi Family real estate

Hello everyone,

I am pretty new to the real investing. I currently live in Houston, TX and I find it very difficult for new investors without a big capital to find a good deal.

I am considering Pittsburgh, PA to start. Any tips , recommendations would be very appreciated. How is the market? Is it a good place to invest in multi family?

I got a keyword alert that ya'll freaks were talking about Cleveland. If you are going to invest in Cleveland you need to know that it's a tough market for out of state investors. I recommend you read The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods before spending any of your coin here.
