Trouble finding a loan
I’m looking at a property that has two duplexes on one lot that will need some rehab. I wanted to use a 203k loan but have been told that it doesn’t qualify because it’s two separate houses. I am already preapproved and could move on to something else that would not cash flow nearly as well. Does anyone have any suggestions?
