Furnishing rentals - resources?
Hello! Does anyone know of specific websites for investors to purchase furnishings for properties? Looking for sturdy furniture that won't break the bank, but also where there's an incentive to purchase in bulk and knocks off some of the price. I haven't found anything other than your typical websites that everyone already knows about, ie: amazon, wayfair, overstock, etc. Thanks!

Check out HostGPO. They were on a past BP podcast episode. I haven't signed up yet so I don't know the details, but they provide discounts for setting up a furnished rental.
