4bed3bath full house 15 min east of Cincy. Looking for some1 who runs a MTR operation
Hi there. I own a house in the Madisonville/Oakley area of Cincinnati. It's about 10-15 minutes NE of downtown and 10 minutes from UC health and a few other major hospitals. I am moving out and trying to decide whether to LTR, MTR, or STR the place. The location will work for all 3. I would be open to signing a lease to someone who wants to MTR or STR.

Hi Jared, are you looking for a co-host to come in and run the MTR operations or someone to do arbitrage on the property?
For a MTR property manager / co-host you would be hiring them to run your unit as a MTR or STR and you would receive the additional upside of owning a furnished rental.
If you decide to go the arbitrage route you will likely rent your property at market (long term) rates and then the person renting from you will pay to furnish the property, run it as a STR/MTR, and reap the benefits of the additional income.
Both strategies could work, I have personally done both, which one are you looking for on your Cincy property?
