Considering arbitrage for medium term rental
I'm considering renting my sisters house (currently on the market) and then subletting it out to traveling nurses. Her house is within 10 minutes travel of both major hospitals in Spokane. I'd like to know what the market for medium term renting is in Spokane and what the median rates are.
