MTR Management North Shore

Hi all, I've had my house (3 bedroom on 0.5 acre about 5 minutes from the beach) set up as a STR since April but my town recently changed the bylaws eliminating STRs. I would like to switch to a MTR model. I live in Europe so managing it myself is too difficult. Has anyone had luck with a MTR management company they can recommend?
