Im an out of state starting out investor.
1. on the realtor contract when renting property Is anyone concerned with words used like “otherwise”?
My understanding of it means anything can be applied in its place.
2. When it comes to paying listing agent/broker is there anything in writing stating the tenant will pay them? Or is it okay and perhaps best that all monies go to landlord/owner and they pay out?
