Best way to market to nursing tenants?

I'm new to the STR strategy with my property to medical tenants. What is the best way to do it? Or does anyone have advice for doing this strategy?

My property is a 3/2 single family 1,200 square feet house. There are building a new big hospital 5.7 miles away from my property so that is why I want to look into the STR strategy with medical tenants.
