Best entity for starting a real estate investing business with partner
Hello everybody I need some advice on how to start a partnership me and my buddy are trying to start a real estate investing business but we do not know how to structure it properly. Any advice? We will most likely be rehabbing in flipping homes, and also having rentals. would a Nevada LLC work for investing in California and out of state or should I just get a California LLC?
